Normally during lunch at office we have heated discussions and arguments. The topic usually ranges from terrorist attacks in Assam to Shriya's asse....um.. i mean.. acting. So yesterday, we were at lunch and realized that there was nothing to discuss about. The recession is leaving us with enough time during office hours to discuss stuff and so during lunch there was nothing to talk about. So this colleague of mine started off his fav topic- how men are superior to women! Gosh. Anyway yesterday he went a step ahead and claimed that Buddha himself had said that women are useless and not worthy of holding any high position in the society! Me and my other female colleague vehemently opposed this statement and asked him for proof. I am parama vetti now and also noticed that Nautankey has tagged me. I love doing tags :) So here it goes- six quirky things about me- 1) I am extremely scared of ghosts even now. I am scared to even near a window in the night. And if someone looks over my shoulder while talking face to face with me, I leap out in fear. 2) I don answer any phone call/ reply to msgs while watching 'FRIENDS' though I have seen all 10 seasons umpteen no. of times. 3) I can read the same books again and again. In fact I have read 'Secret Diary of Adrian Mole' and 'Catcher in the Rye' 30-40 times till date :p Am sure many people would have too! 4) I still count with my fingers, I just cant do math mentally ;( 5) Till I was 12 I never could differentiate between Rajnikanth and Vijaykanth. 6) I can laugh at any crappy joke. Its not exactly something I am proud of, but cant help it. Silly things and stupid situations make me lol. And now I tag Prad, Dharmabum and Da Rodent
Its 11 in the night and it is raining. Amma is playing 'aaj aalam hai ki' on the guitar . its so dam peaceful that i wish time stops.
Mullayanagiri ( (also spelt Mullayangiri or Mullainagiri ), is the highest peak in Karnataka , India . Mullayanagiri is located in the Baba Budan Giri Range of the Western Ghats . With a height of 1930 m (6317 ft.), it is the highest peak between the Himalayas and the Nilgiris . Here's where we trekked :) And completed it successfully!! More details on the trip shortly.
